8 hours on a sports yacht with Mateusz Kusznierewicz
You will learn leadership in conditions that require quick decision-making, teamwork and effective communication. You learn how to lead a team in a changing environment - just like in a real business.
8 hours of strategic workshops with Janina Bąk
You will use a unique, patented method to develop innovative thinking to better understand yourself as a leader and the way you influence people. This workshop will really allow you to break the mold.
2 debriefing meetings with elements of group coaching
They will help you better understand yourself as a leader, discover your strengths, and work through the key challenges of the day.

One of the most successful sailors in the world. Olympic champion from Atlanta, bronze medalist at the Athens Games, five-time Olympic participant, world and European champion.
